Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with Claevo! We are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and as quickly as possible across India.
Please read our shipping policy below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Timelines & Delivery Zone
We currently ship to pincodes all across India.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after order confirmation.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will reach you within 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
📌 Note: Delivery to tier-1 cities (like Metro areas) usually happens on the quicker side of this window, while remote areas or the Northeast may take the full 8 business days.
2. Shipping Charges
We like to keep things simple and transparent:

Orders above ₹999: Free Standard Shipping.

Orders below ₹ 999: A flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied at checkout.
3. Tracking Your Order
The moment your order is handed over to our courier partner, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing a Tracking ID and a link.
You can track your package in real-time directly through our courier partner’s website or via the "Track Order" section on our website.
4. Courier Partners
To ensure your products reach you in perfect condition, we partner with some of India’s most reliable logistics companies, including:

Blue Dart, Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, India Post etc.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take utmost care in packaging your items, but mishaps can happen during transit.

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, tampered with, or open, please do not accept the delivery and immediately take a photo/video.

If you open the package and find the product damaged, please reach out to us at hello@claevo.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and unboxing videos/photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
6. Address Changes & Undelivered Orders

Address Corrections: Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. If you need to change the address, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to us. Please ensure you or someone else is available to receive the package, or answer calls from the delivery executive.
7. Delays Beyond Our Control
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, public holidays, regional lockdowns, or peak festive seasons (like Diwali or New Year). We appreciate your patience during these rare events, and we will keep you actively updated via email/SMS.
